SuSy - Support System

SuSy supports the education and development of young dance administrators and cultural workers. This capacity building activity consists in 2- to 12-month internships or research residencies in the field of art administration (with a focus on EU project administration). It is encouraged that SuSy participants have the chance to spend some time at a co-organizer's office/event in order to be able to relate the skills they learn during their SuSy internship to an international context.

This form of practical training proves to be very effective as emerging administrators engaging in the programme so far always got fully paid jobs within the administration of small companies or in cultural organisations following their SuSy engagement.
