TENDING to FIRE
Open workshop & process showing
About the workshop
Do you have a fire in you? A small flame you tend to, or a large and intimidating fire? Is it volatile or quite stable, warming you up from inside out day by day? Does its heat reach out to others? Can our fires dance together?
In this workshop we will move together from inside out, from the digestive heat to the fire of the heart, experimenting how to bridge our physical reality to being individuals, and from individuality into collectivity. We will work with somatic practices, breathing, chanting, guided improvisations and how to look at and join each other dancing, keeping the heat going, spreading the fire…
