Before joining the CCN, Élise worked as an assistant manager at the Social and Economic Committee of Renault Trucks Lyon, and as a medical secretary in a physiotherapy and osteopathy practice. She already had substantial experience in event organization, case management, and business administration. Two years ago, she decided to resume her studies with a degree in Theatre Studies, as the performing arts had always interested her. During the first year, she realized that dance was her true passion and therefore she applied at the ICI–CCN, in order to develop administrative skills within this artistic field.

ICI–CCN hosts Elise Kasprzyk within the training and outreach team. She took part in the organization of the PRÉAC, a three-day event focused on training trainers, designed by the artist Volmir CORDEIRO.
