Tuuli Vahtola is a dance and performance artist based in Helsinki. Thrilled to expand her role in the field of performing arts, she works as the communications producer of Moving in November during 2025, in the frame of On the Outset.

Through touch and scattered elements of storytelling, Tuuli explores intimacy, privacy and affective memory in her artistic work – questions that connect to a larger interest of social relationalities, realities and responsibilities. Her works have been shown in New Performance Turku Biennale, Contemporary Art Space Kutomo, Mad House Helsinki. As performer she has worked in recent years with choreographers Sonja Jokiniemi and Oda Brekke. In 2024 Tuuli was a danceWEB Scholarship recipient at ImPulsTanz – Vienna International Dance Festival nominated by Moving in November in the frame of Capacity Grid. Next to artistic work, Tuuli is currently finishing her MA in social sciences, gender studies.
